Someone to prepare my soil for gardening

The back lawn has been devastated by army grub so we're taking this opportunity to prepare the lawn for new turf. The rough dimensions of the lawn are 15x6m, soil shouldn't be too hard.

We need a backyard approx. 60 m² prepped for reseeding with a rotary hoe. mon, wed, Thurs preferred. Trampoline will be moved and it will be mowed low prior once the weedkiller kicks in fully by Wednesday. I'll do anything inaccessible to the hoe by hand after... Between garden beds etc.

I'm looking for someone with a rotary hoe who can do a quick run over the area at the property frontage, in preparation for laying grass/turf. Area not massive - about 40m2.
