I’m requiring the grass to be rotary hoed (or similar) and then soil used to fill the hole that exists (where a deck was previously). The grass has been poisoned. I would then like it to be levelled and compacted. I will be then putting a top soil layer and laying new turf and a sprinkler system (not required as part of this job). The total size of the area is 10m x 4 m wide. Will require own machinery and tools.
