20 square metre yard. I've poisoned the old turf and removed half of it so far. I need the 4x5m area to be levelled. Lay some road base or sand or similar, to prepare it for laying of fake turf. Looking for someone to cut back our gardens and do weeding and general cleanup

I will be away from December 15 to January 2 and again from January 8 to March 2 and would like to get someone to water lawns (i have manual sprinkers) and plants. From experience, watering probably needs to happen every 3 days or so during that period, depending on how hot it is and rainfall. You would have to use your own discretion, and preferably not in the heat of the day. Most of the plants have Sprinkler systems on timers, but not all of them. It would most likely be an easy job for someone living close by.

I have a vacant block in Menai where weeds have grown up this spring. I need someone to come in and cut all the weeds down (whipper snipper or whatever works) in the front half of the block (15m x 20m) so it doesn't encroach on the neighbours.
