Hi, I need a professional & experienced Landscape Gardner + Irrigation specialist familiar with Hydrawise Irrigation system to perform a health check maintenance on Hydrawise Irrigation system at my investment property. Overall the system seems to be working well, however few things that need attention: - Perform Healthcheck of Entire system across all zones & schedules to ensure the initial setup (App as well) is in good order & working as programmed. You will also be experienced & suggest/ amend any programmed settings to ensure ongoing good health of the garden & pool landscapes and current plants/foliage in the garden. - There seems to be some minor overspray in one of the zones causing by water to spray into a neighbours driveway. This will need to investigated and fixed (possibly the nozzles at the end may need to be replaced?) - On another side /corner of the property, the neighbour claims their tree is dead as a result of my irrigation system ‘over watering their tree’! The area is of course fenced and I assume a rubber/barricaded membrane would have been installed as I’m not convinced that this is an issue with our system. I checked the zone settings on the app and to the best of my knowledge the zone only waters the palms in the area for a few minutes each day and the palms on my side of property seem perfectly healthy. The soil on my side is not wet but on the neighbors side the soil is wet. Nevertheless I need the you to be able to provide your independent written assessment on the situation for records if there is a dispute or suggest remediation measures if there is indeed any issue with the irrigation system. - Plants in one or two particular zones seem to be dry. Zone settings need to be checked/reprogrammed to ensure they don’t die. Work will probably be completed late weeknights or on the weekends as it would require my presence and I’ll need to coordinate time with the tenants/neighbors for access as well.
