Remove top 10 cm of existing soil and root zone. 5. Dig over site. 6. Replace topsoil on site with good quality weed free mix – depth to be agreed. 7. Place plastic trickle irrigation piping down on the site. (Will be supplied). 8. Connect timer to extended tap and the irrigation piping. (Will be supplied.) 9. Plant the mondo grass or alternative plant, stamp down and water using the irrigation system. (Plants supplied) 10. Place layer of wood chips between plants to prevent weeds. 11. Ensure edged around the area. 12. Clean around the area, remove all dirt, debris and rubbish. Please note there are two areas the same size with $1000 each. However, second area will be done based on what neighbor thinks of the job.

I knew exactly what time he would arrive and he explained everything as he was doing it (because I asked). He even left me with careful instructions of how to look after it myself.
