Renovating house and have a landscaping plan but require assistance with buying plants and plating them plus new turf.

I have some plants that I would like taken out and removed from the property.

Front garden of a new house needs to plant the following items. 1) Plant 3 Magnolia trees (16 inch pot, approx. 1.6 meter height); 2) Install hedge along the front timber fence (8 Orange Jessamine approx 700mm height, 16 inch pot); 3) Install hedge next to the concrete wall along the walkway next to the driveway (8 Sweet Viburnum approx. 500mm height, 10 inch pot).

Estimate 6 hours required for small front yard, garden beds, medium sized courtyard and side of house. Wedding, tidying, small area of lawn mown, round tree to be trimmed back in small ball shape, 2 large hedges trimmed ~10ft- need to bring all own equipment and tools, soil and flowers, and take away clippings and cuttings. Plus planting for aesthetics for house pictures to go on market. Some empty pots to fill and garden bed at front of house/bay windows.
