I have a balcony that requires cleaning and tidying. It will likely include pressure spraying/scrubbing, furniture cleaning, and plants being tended to and tidied. The balcony is 1.5m x 4m (ish) and has a fair bit of leaf litter, dirt and pollen etc. on it. I would estimate 2-3 hours cleaning required, although it will need equipment. There is a drain out there but I'm not certain it works (it may need a pressure hose). Need someone with their tools to mow the lawn in our front yard. It’s a small and flat surface (approx 50m2 split in two parts), approx 3 months since the last mow. Need to have the lawn mower and whipper snipper / trimmer to trim the surface under the trampoline on one side of the lawn, with 1.2m height from the ground so plenty of access.
