Repairing the irrigation system and establishing the garden

The task involves maintenance of a small garden attached to a ground floor garden unit in Westmead. I would like 1 hour of work per fortnight ongoing. I will post the job each fortnight so please only offer if you are interested in taking it on as a recurrent task. There is a lot of flexibility in day/time to do it, so you can probably picks those to suit yourself. The garden contains a small grass section (perhaps 25 square metres) which can be easily mowed with a whipper snipper. It grows slowly so will not require mowing each fortnight. There is also a paved section bordered by small gardens, which will require leaves swept up, weeds pulled or sprayed, occasional plant trimming, etc. It won't all need doing each time, so each visit would be focussed on whatever most needs doing at the time and what can be fitted into that hour of work. - Due date: Flexible
