We have 2 houses to maintain - one is on the short-term letting market. We are looking for someone to help with cleaning and maintaining our residence, and also to be available for occasional visits to the other house to tend the garden etc. Ideally, we're looking for someone flexible, as tasks come up at odd times, but we'd expect need a couple of jobs per month, Two or three hours per visit.

Hi there!! I have a 3 x 3m courtyard and would love the following things done - sweep up leaves - gernie area - Reoil deck - pot a plant (plant already purchased... just needs to be potted)

We are looking to garden bed plants trimmed back in the front and back of our house. We would also like the weeds in side passages pulled out. Our entire block is only 300 square meters. The side passages are 1.5 meters wide and the length would be 10 meters maximum. General tidy up and sweep also. Probably 2 hours work.

I have a small court yard lawn that is very overgrown and 4 small garden beds also overgrown. All need to be done, mowed, whipper snipped, trimmed, weeded, edges tidied, some plants need to be removed entirely from some garden beds & replaced with more hearty or appropriate plants. All garden waste must be removed at end of every job as we don’t have green bins where I live. Approximately 5.5 hours of work needed for this job, although then every 2 month’s approximately 2.5 hours of work for the regular & ongoing tidy ups wanted. Someone reliable & professional please. Need this done ASAP by Wednesday 8 April -9am start.
