I need someone experienced with aquariums to do some regular maintenance on my 2 seperate 80L fishtanks. This may include: - Removal of portion of duckweed from surface - Removal of portion of snails/shells from sand - Cleaning of glass internal and external - Cleaning of sand where possible - ~30%-50% water change and topup - Changing of filter wool I have some basic buckets and a gravel vac for water change + all required chemicals and filter wool, But if you have better tools for glass cleaning it would be advantageous. There is an opportunity for regular ongoing maintenance at the right price point. I have been unable to do myself recently due to an elbow injury.

I have an approx 300sq back and 200sq front yard that needs mowing, weeding etc. Hasn't been looked after since Alfred as the fence came down and had to be replaced. There's also an area by the shed that's very overgrown from where the previous mower guy kept dumping all the cuttings, and the front near the aircon, for the same reason.
