Small terrace house garden that needs a good clean up of fallen leaves and ground water blasted. I also need someone to secure the drooping plants and tidy things up with the plants and the few boxes we have lying around in the shed. Water blaster can be provided. Help me make this a pretty outdoor area for us to enjoy as it’s currently looking quite shabby.

Our garden has become overgrown and we need it to be reset. It’s mostly weeding. The yard would be about 30-40 square metres. There’s a small green bin on site. You will need to: - Clear the brick path and entertaining area of weeds - Clear veggie boxes of weeds and leave the vegetables in place - Trim back pumpkin vine, tomato bush, and lavender so they are not on the pathway - Trim back trees so they are not in the way of the driveway or walkway - Remove any green waste from the property that does not fit in the green bin If you think this task will take longer than the allocated time, please let me know. The hourly rate is $40. - Need completed this week.

Maintenance to native garden including, weeding, pruning and removal of plants and clean and tidy up of planted trellis on building. A ladder will be required to maintain the trellis as it extends to the roof height on the building.

We require our 2 level partial house terrace to be cleaned - first a deep clean of the entire terrace inclusive of walls, skirting boards, internal kitchen cupboards etc. From there an on-going bases every 2-3 weeks. Downstairs is living/kitchen with wooden floorboards so will required and clean and polish each time (staircase also wooden*). Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1 being used an office) 1 bathroom - General cleaning. Very few windows aside from the main entrance which is 3 large glass doors.
