Looking for someone that can come in every 2 weeks and take care of the garden and lawn for both front and back.

Looking for someone with both pool maintenance and gardening experience for a once a month visit to do the following tasks. I will provide all chemicals and equipment (you can use your own too and we can discuss) 1) mow lawn front and back and trim edges 2) removal of leaves from the grass, the mulched garden beds and also the driveway. All leaves can go into my red bin. Will also require removal of the gum tree leaves at the front of my house. The mulched areas have a weed mat underneath, but some weeding may be required and the driveway too. 3) clean skimmer baskets and then vacuum bottom layer of chlorine pool to waste, backwash filter, and then add chemicals to the pool to get the right balance. This will require someone who’s knows and understand pools. I have all the chemicals here including the chlorine. You may need to once in a while clean my pool cover. 4) use the blower around the house, balconies and pool to get rid of the dust. I would say it requires around 3-4 hours work a month, would be quicker with 2 people.
