Looking for someone available in the next few days to do some lawn mowing/gardening/maintenance for an exit inspection from a rental. After someone who can pressure wash both the back courtyard area and front area. To remove all cobwebs (from fence, gate, outside facade of granny flat). To also remove any bird faeces from facade of granny flat. To have the white fence cleaned down (free of grass, mud/dirt). To trim a couple hedges; the two small hedges at the front and a larger one at the back. Mow and edge front patch of grass Weed both front and back areas including removing weeds from lawn. Ideally would like to have a grass safe weed killer used but must have weeds removed regardless. Also to have any built up leaves removed. As it’s an exit from a rental they’ve been quite specific with their requirements. If I’m slow with responses today I’m just at work and am most responsive this afternoon.
