Very small granny flat lawn needs to be mowed. Easy job, will only take 30 mins max. Small strip of grass at the front of flat and a small grassed area at the back. No equipment supplied, so you’ll have to bring your own mower eg. Grass was only cut a fortnight ago, but the grass has since had patchy growth spurt due to recent rain and sun. Please see photos attached. I’m very firm about $50 for the job as it is a very quick and simple task not requiring a lot of effort. To be done by Thursday 26th September
