The lawn needs to be mowed, edges whippered, pathways raked after the storm and the driveway raked and two paving areas to be weeded and a flower bed weeded. There is no green bin, but there is a spot to discard the waste. You will need a mower (I have a hand held manual one) and a whipper snipper (I have one but not sure that it works), there are rakes on site. Wear gloves, sunblock, insect repellent. It usually takes my gardener (who retired two weeks ago) 1 hour to do the lawn and edges, so I have added two hours for the raking and tidy up and an hour for general weeding and moving the fridges around. There is some council clean up stuff that needs to be moved to the front curb including a fridge. Please bring a trolley and help bring the spare fridge into the house and move the broken fridge to the curb. - Due date: Flexible

This is NOT a lawnmowing job, it is ONLY FOR EDGES, takes me 2 hours to do just the edges myself so it is a substantial job. We are on acreage at Annangrove. Need someone to come out fortnightly to whipper snip or mow the edges (long driveway from front gate to front door needs either side done, plus some of the boundary fence line needs whippering to keep it maintained). Hedging to be done as needed. Job is regular work suited to a local person. Needs to be done on a Friday. You need own equipment. We used to own a lawnmowing business, we know how they normally quote jobs for small suburban lawns, we will pay a fair price but we will not pay a ridiculous 'hourly rate'.
