I have 7 interior door frames that need to be replaced. 3 have been rusted out by water damage (looking to replace these three after a tiler repairs our shower). I need new skirting board and cornicing done all around my house, roughly 74m total length of skirting and 74m total length of cornicing in my 3x1. I’ll provide a floor plan. We don’t need the work done until the new year and we don’t know what to expect the job to cost, so we’re looking to receive a couple quote of estimated labour and supplies costing so we can evaluate!

Hi all. Am looking for someone to install Hybrid planks, skirting boards and x3 new (blank) doors from Bunnings, in my place. The total area is about 21m2. The area: - room 1 (3.9m x 2.5m); - room 2 (3.1m x 2.7m); - passageway (3m x 1m); and - Skirting boards for all of the above. - Note: there is an adjacent laundry and bathroom, so will need Waterproof transition trim. There is also a Closet and Linen Closet in the area. The hybrid planks, and painted skirting boards, are ready for installation. All of the floor prep (i.e. levelling etc. is done). x3 brand new doors, and door handles, also need installing. Required around 40~ linear metres of new skirting installed inside our house. The skirting I have sourced is from Bunnings: Hume 92 x 18mm 5.4m Moulding White MDF Primed Half Splayed No steps, no rounded corners or walls. All flat surface (no raised or lowered areas).
