Hybrid floor installation. Remove skirting boards

Needing our hybrid floor boards laid through the living, dining, kitchen and laundry area. We are having kitchen Reno’s starting next week so will need the floorboards laid around 20th October once they have installed the new kitchen, then they will come back to complete the kick boards etc once the floors are laid. Floorboards are already purchased.. After some quotes please.

We want to remove old carpet and replace with hybrid floor boards and underlay in our lounge room and a L shaped hallway I need the contractor to be insured and have a ABN needing the job to be quoted and completed by the first week in November 2026

A small abrasion has occurred when I used a magic eraser on floorboards, sanding back some of the polish to try to repair some small black marks. I’m not sure if it’s doable, have set price for now but open to information that differs the price or process. Job will be locked in based on all things above! Thank you.

Install floating floorboards to the front area of my hair salon. The tiled area is currently lifted up on stilts and the area next to it is the level the stilts are on - I also want the trim to be changed to a different colour that connects the current floorboards into the new ones. The area that I want done is the tiled area and the carpeted area. About 9m2. I’ll supply materials you need. Multiple small gaps in floorboards , need small gaps filled with wood coloured gap filler. House is on piers- easy access. Easy job- I can’t do it as I’ve just had surgery.
