Screw original deck boards back onto new joists.

I have a small section of floorboards (380 × 680mm) that is open and needs to be filled with matching boards. I have the matching leftover floorboards ready to use in sizing 330x2100mm I need an experienced flooring/carpentry person to cut the boards to size and securely install them so the finished section is neat and level with the existing floor.

We are looking for someone to rip up carpet in two bedrooms, 14 stairs and small landing (approx 26sqm) and install engineered timber floorboards (may require levelling/ sanding - underneath the carpet is pine).

I had floating floor boards installed approx. 5 years ago and the area around my built in wardrobe has become creeky.

We currently have timber flooring. We would be grateful for a quote on repairing them (sanding, filling in gaps, etc). Alternatively, we are also considering replacing the floorboards. The kitchen is approximately 2.7x3m. I need floorboards laid in a small area. The total area is 1300mm x 800mm I need the 3 existing damaged hardwood floorboards removed and the entire space then laid. It will likely take 7-8 floorboards at 1300 mm in length I want to try to match the existing hardwood floors in the kitchen.
