The deck around our small pool needs to be sanded back in preparation for oiling. The last person who 'oiled' the deck painted it instead, so it needs to be stripped right back. Our deck is is approx. 1-1.5m around the sides of the pool and the front of the deck is 0.5-1m high. The deck has recently been modified to replace the pool liner so there are a few extra planks if wood (see 2nd pic) that also need sanding. Depending on costs we may decide do the oiling part ourselves.

Repair, sand and seal original floorboards in level 1 of Victorian house plus staircase. Approx. 54 square metres not including stairs. It's all carpeted currently except for one room where we have taken up the carpet, but carpet, gripper rods and furniture will be removed before job. There are some cracks and gaps in some of the boards - photos are from the spare room where carpet has been take up.

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.
