Looking for someone experienced in timber floor maintenance to refresh the engineered timber flooring in my apartment (lounge room and kitchen area, vacant currently). The floor is approximately 10 years old, has some light fading, but is structurally in good condition. It does NOT need heavy sanding.I need a good "clean and coat/ buffer” for refresher look.

-sand the small section of old timber at the landing back to clean, even bare timber -make it level with the new timber -use a proper floor/belt or orbital sander -edge-sand properly along the walls -remove the remnants of the old coating/paint -do the final finer sanding so it's ready for me to stain -clean up the sanding dust afterwards
