Looking for an experienced flooring professional to repair a section of timber flooring that has slightly sunk due to an uneven subfloor. I will provide all materials.

I need a handyman or floor repair specialist to fix a minor scratch on a wooden floorboard caused by moving a bed. The property agent is satisfied with the overall move-out cleaning but has flagged this scratch. I need a cosmetic touch-up/fill/blend so that it looks acceptable and passes the final move-out check. I do NOT need the whole room or floor sanded or resurfaced. Please bring your own color-matched wax fillers, touch-up markers, or wood putty/finish. The house has a small area of floorboard cut out to provide trades access like a manhole. Last week one gave way as I stepped on it. Unsure if it wasn’t replaced properly or was just bad luck. Need the area repaired or covered over.
