I require carpet removal and then the old carpet disposed of for a shop space I have leased in Claremont. I need care to be taken with this to try to not damage the existing skirting boards in place. It appears that there is carpet that has been layed on top of old carpet so it all needs to be pulled up ( 2 layers of carpet and anything else in between or underneath) and removed and then the old carpet taken away with you. The price includes payment for disposal of all of the old carpet that you will take away with you. The space is 63sqm.

I’m looking for a carpet layer to replace two damaged areas of carpet . The carpet is a natural fibre weave (either sisal or seagrass), and I have matching spare carpet, so no carpet is required from you. The main damaged area is approximately 1m × 1m and was caused by a previous water leak. There is also a smaller damaged patch inside a built-in cupboard that is roughly 15cm × 15cm. The job will involve cutting out the damaged sections, sealing the edges as needed, and installing new pieces so the weave direction aligns and the patches sit neatly. I’m hoping to find someone with experience working with natural fibre carpets such as sisal or seagrass, and who can bring the necessary tools and edge-sealing products if required. Recent water leak through the roof caused water stains/molds to be formed on walls and carpets. Carpet is still damp due to the water and smells a little. Fine cracks have appeared on the ceiling.
