1 bedroom apartment end of lease clean plus carpet clean with the pet/flea carpet treatment as per lease agreement. Lounge and bedroom is carpeted. Kitchen and bathroom tiled/panelled.

I need a professional to cut this carpet/rug around the wall (about one metre) and overlock the cut section. The carpet is already overlocked but we forgot about this section when we measured up. Need this done on site.

My cats have ruined our carpet. We live in a rental property and tried to clean it multiple time in multiple areas and it's getting worse, aswell as the cats are continuing to do it. I have twins on the way and cannot have this issue when they're born. I've got a proffesional carpet cleaner coming on Monday and I don't think that will do the job. We want to rip the carpet up clean the under neath and relay carpet, we are happy to do the removal ourselves, and the clean and if we can buy the carpet that aswell but we need help laying it down we don't know where to start or who to talk to I hope someone can help! I want to lay some carpet into a rental property we have rented for nine months. There are two rooms one is smaller than 5 x 4 m and the other one is smaller than 4 x 3 m and sit adjacent to each other. The timber surrounding and underlay are good as is and I’ve ripped up the existing carpet and have 2 rolls of suitable size from a knockdown rebuild that is only three years old. Im happy for a rate for tasks as above or hourly rate.

Our second floor is completely carpeted and there are some very squeaky floorboards running across rooms. Hi I have an area outside my bathroom that needs to be replaced/ repaired thanks to my 🐩 I can no longer stand the look of the stain or the odour despite having the area professionally steamed cleaned. The area is approximately 3x3 and has 4 door ways (not sure if that makes a difference. The carpet is old, wool and can be replaced with the carpet taken from the walk in wardrobe until I have enough $$ and time to organised complete new flooring. Is anyone out there able to help? Unfortunately I need it done by 31st May. Can provide pics if required but prefer for you to come and access situation in person. I work from home Thursdays and Fridays and my partner can be available any day to meet on site ☺️
