2 rooms require carpet removed, timber floor sanded and stained.

Remove carpet from a small office approx 75sqm. Clean and prep concrete underneath for painting. Paint concrete surface with at least two coats of suitable paint. Space is 1st floor and access is via stairs. Can make off street car parking space available at bottom of stairs. The space is rectangular, no walls. There are two poles - one concrete structural and another small rectangular pole for cables. There is a 1/2 flight of stairs inside the unit also carpeted, leading to the bathroom.
