I need someone to remove the old carpet in my apartment and supply + install floating floors (laminate flooring). I need the carpet removed in the living + dining + hall (I’m keeping carpet in bedroom, and kitchen/bathroom are tiled) - total area is 27m2 (please see picture). There is concrete underneath the carpet. I posted a similar task the other day but my timeline has changed and I now need someone who can do the entire job (i.e. remove carpet + clean/prep concrete floor + supply&install laminate + underlay + scotia + trims. I’m pretty sure the concrete is reasonably flat, I’ve never noticed any major undulations etc. but would appreciate your expertise in patching/leveling small uneven areas if required. I would like the work to be carried out on Saturday 05/12/2020, but am slightly flexible. Feel free to ask any questions.

Corner and small portion of the wall was leaking water. The wall is brick so there isn't any water damage but it's left a mess. I need to have the carpet and walls cleaned only on the affected areas and possibly sprayed pesticide as there's now some bugs.
