I have timber all across the house. Carpet in bedrooms and tile in laundry. I am looking for an experty to remove all of this including the skirting. A bin will be provided at the property. Everything needs to be thrown in the bin. After removals, need to do waterproofing on laundry floor. Prepare the floor for hybrid flooring. New 7mm hybrind flooring needs to be applied to the entire house including laundry. New skirting needs be provided and installed, seal and touchup paint to be applied to skirting to make flush with the wall. Site should be left clean for moving in.

Rooms with red ticks are carpeted and will need to be replaced. Wardrobes & WIR are also carpeted

There are two iron box mark on Carpet (100-120cm difference two marks). Require these to be patched. I have an unused carpet of small size
