Need to fix carpet burn mark small patch

I have renovated a new bathroom. I would like the carpet in front of the door reinstated professionally.

I need an experienced air tasker to remove carpet underlay from two bedrooms and a landing before new carpet is put down. See pics for more info. This needs to be done after 3pm. Please only reply you have experience in such an area. I will provide plastic bags for the underlay - you do not have to dispose of this.

Remove & Replace Carpet from living room 3.6m x 3m. Current one got flooded in the recent rain and stinks. Rather just get it removed and replaced. Its charcoal color carpet. The sooner this can be done the better
