Seeking a personal trainer in/around South Yarra. Looking for someone that has heavier weights/dumbbells. Mainly muscle building, open to CrossFit style training. Looking to train 2-3 times a week in the morning.

We are two people one male one female in South Yarra. We are looking for a PT. We are both looking at getting more toned and weight loss.

Hi, I am looking for a personal trainer to guide me towards improving my fitness and assisting with weight loss as well. MY workouts have completely stopped and with the Stage 4 lock down in place, I would prefer a certified trainer who would be able to travel to me in South Yarra, 3 times a week. I would prefer my wife to also be trained by the trainer and the adjusted per hour rate would then be applicable to her training as well. ( for eg $30 x 2 per session for me and my wife). We do not have any fitness equipment etc with us. Ideally we would like training until the gyms etc open up. Our main motivation to look for a trainer is weigh loss. Weekdays only. Hi there! I live in South Yarra and within the complex, there is a tennis court available. Luckily this court is still open to use compared to all the other strict lockdown restrictions. I'm looking for someone that knows how to play proper tennis + doing some outdoor fitness activities to mixed things up a little. Must be available at least 4 or 5 times a month at 11am during working days. I'm thinking of at least 2 hour session so this would be an ideal for someone who is currently unavailable to work (like myself) and looking to fill up his day with activities. Thanks! Kevin
