Looking for a gym coach to get me in shape for my wedding in January. Looking to lose weight (about 6-7kgs) and tone up.

Looking for regular 60 min tennis coaching sessions one or twice a week, ideally at the Camperdown tennis courts or at courts near Newtown(where I live). I am 33 and an intermediate tennis player wanting to improve my game. Early mornings on weekends are best for me

REPOST but now READY! I am in need of a personal trainer to help train with me on a regular basis with the goal to help me build a better body for myself. I am a 35 year old male, and after recently leaving a long-term relationship, I am fired up to make a drastic and much-needed physical change to body and mental state. *IMPORTANT NOTE: I’ve recently had x-ray scans on my shoulders due to issues attempting weight pulls and have confirmed that I have subacromial bursitis (inflamed fluids) on both shoulders. Both are being treated. I am looking for someone who excels at managing mental motivation with fire-like encouragement and will view me and my current body goals as a project to turn me from skinny rat to bulk athlete (or at least bigger than what I expect). I'm mainly looking at strength training and bulk. What I can offer is my malleable attention, commitment, punctuality and positive determination for you during the process. I live around Silverwater area but work in Newtown on casual shift work but can make it anywhere in between if it helps. Anyone available to meet in the afternoons after work (maybe 5-6-7pm) or during the weekend would be awesome. I say this as I know I need to start face-to-face and in a gym using the tools (previous arm/shoulder injury) so not to lose motivation. Happy to zoom chat and open to negotiate. Looking for a personal trainer for 1 - 2 times a week in Newtown 2x sessions $100

Looking for a qualified PT or physio to help me with my rehab and return to running. I am an amateur distance runner. During a 50km race last year I suffer an injury to my right knee which still lingers, impacting my ability to train. Looking for a trainer to work with me on a weekly basis to build my general strength and lower limb flexibility to continue rehab and slowly return to increased running volume.
