I already have a fitness plan in place, but I am looking for someone to show me the machines and guide me through the pre existing plan for the first week (I can get a free pass for 1 week for this person) The plan is made up of 2 plans 1st one has 5 different movemements 2nd has 5 different movements. I only need someone to show me the machines and watch me do the movements until I am comfortable to go solo.

I'm a boxing beginner and I'm looking for someone to practice sparring. You should have boxing experience and I expect you can give me directions. Our sessions will be sparring only, no conditioning, bags, etc. just 45-50 min or 3-min rounds. Let's do it gently so no one gets hurt but not too gently or else it gets boring :)

I'm looking for boxing sparring trainer. I used to do cardo boxing before, this time I'd like to try something more real - sparring. I may change my mind after 3 punches but I still want to try. I don't want to punch pads or do cardio during our sessions - I can do it afterwards by myself. I punch you, you punch me and this is how we start - gently :) This means you cannot just stand there and give directions - you will have to get sweaty. I also expect you to have some experience in boxing, not just in general fitness. I am absolute beginner, so you are in no danger :) Also I'm recovering from surgery. I'm a tall (but skinny) guy, you being tall would be advantageous. I live in Darlinghurst, if we could meet at Rushcutters bay park that would be ideal. Thanks everyone for your attention!

Looking for male personal trainer who lives in Darlinghurst area. Want to trim down and tone up, but must be done in local area somehow - not in a gym. Trying to avoid huge ongoing gym fees. Resistance work and light weights that can be done at home would be good in order to target building chest and arms, as well as reducing belly girth. Looking for guidance and techniques each week for several weeks until I am able to self-maintain.
