I have had a few PTs before with mixed success, but from the first minute, it felt like Ren had my back and was super dialled into my fitness objectives, which I greatly appreciated. His training style definitely pushed me hard in the first session - and he is definitely super passionate about what he does. If you're looking for someone who doesn't allow you to compromise, I would definitely recommend his services. Ren was able to accommodate me on short notice.
