What do boxing instructor services include?
Boxing instructor services include all the activities and tasks necessary to achieve a variety of goals related to boxing. Boxing classes: Learning techniques
Your Tasker can teach you the right way to punch without hurting yourself and how to protect your hands before you put on the boxing gloves. Along with the rules, they can teach you how and when to do jabs, uppercuts, crosses and hooks. They can work with you whether you’re right-handed or a southpaw. They can also teach you how to block punches, and evade them with footwork. You can also learn to increase your punching speed with a speedball and increase punching power with a punching bag.Â
Sparring

This can serve as a practical assessment of your progress, and help your boxing instructor see which areas you might need to improve.
