Tenants have reported this - Due to the intense amount of rain over the past two years the entire fence line is lifting, sagging, splitting & rotting. ———————— The fence has brick and timber elements to it as seen on photos. The approximate length of the fence is around 40m on either side and 18m at front and back. I’m not looking at replacing the entire fence line at this stage due to the high cost involved. I would like to fix it using some additional support/necessary replacements such that it won’t collapse and remain safe. From the photos I have receieved from the property manager, it doesn’t look too bad. However I would like an experienced handyman/fencing contractor to assess the situation and do what’s necessary to keep it safe. Fence is becoming loose in my house. I need a handyman or fencing expert to repair and reinforce a boundary fence that is struggling to hold back soil and stones. The job includes: Removing excess soil and stones from the fence line. Trimming the bottom of the fence palings. Installing a timber sleeper along the bottom of the fence to add strength and prevent soil movement. Or whatever method to ensure the fence is properly secured and aligned.

After a flood, fence in not plumb, posts are bent back. Remove and Replace two fence posts in concrete. Replace a couple of retaining boards when posts are out.

I'm looking to repair / replace our fence. The fence needs new horizontal railings, and most of the existing palings can be reused, though open to replacing any that require it. The dimensions are approximately 4 sections of 2.4m railings and 1 sections of 3.4m railings, not all the railings need replacement. See photo. Additionally, there is a corner section where the palings do not reach the ground. We need to fill the gap to make it dog proof - looking to replace pailings with more length or create a custom peice to fill the gap.
