Three pillars are leaning outwards, one of which is leaning more, causing this section of the fence to lean outwards.

The Colobond double swing gate at the property is extremely tight to open or close. Both gate panels are rubbing each other and hitting the concrete floor, when it is swung open. There could be a little sag of the gate and the lock is extremely tight as well. Require someone with experience working with steel / Colorbond gates to get it fixed without damaging the gates. Two tasks 1. Fix the leakage and install cement sheets -There is a leakage due to incorrect flashing. Need to repair flashing first and then install cement sheets to cover flashing 2. Fix the fence - 3 posts are weak. I have got the 3 post. Just need someone to come and do the work

Need replace or repair some (5-6)of the posts, fence sharing by winds. Probably not replacing, instead putting another 4-5 posts with suitable places to enforce the fence to make it solid in the wind.

Fix mesh to an existing post and wire fence for a block just under an acre (180m perimeter), to keep the rabbits out and make it harder for snakes to get in. This will involve 1)fixing up the fence that’s there (tightening etc) 2) adhering mouse mesh or similar. I can arrange to supply the mesh or you can, to be discussed. 3) Burying the mesh underground with a 90 degree outward bend, to prevent rabbits entering. The entire fence gate/door has broken off due to strong wind and is currently on the ground. The main beam/support post has likely been damaged, and the gate may need to be reinstalled - including a lock to be put on

15 m timber fence on the back boundary has fallen over. One of the posts has broken and the fence has come off the remaining posts. It needs repairing and probably some replacing. The last photo shows broken post. The first two are taken from the other side. The last two give some indication of the lean of the top part of the fence which has come away from the posts.
