I have a semi new wooden fence that needs to a brand new and stronger post installed due to it rotted at the base and due to its high wind location. This post will need to be replaced and the gate it’s attached to needs to be realigned. The gate closes to the brick house via a wooden beam, which will most likely need to be screwed back into the brick wall. So experience in connecting wood to brickwork is a must as is insurance. The rest of the fence is fairly new, however, I wouldn’t mind a maintenance check and a few quick screws to flatten out panels that have started to bow.
