Two colourbond fence panels need to be removed. The fence post between the two panels has come loose and is very wobbly so it needs to be removed (likely replaced?) and reconcreted into the ground. Then the two panels need to be put back in. Some digging and tricky access is required for the fence post concreting.

I need someone to finish off some fencing repairs on my rear yard post/rail boundary fencing. I just need any timbers that are missing or rotted beyond salvaging replaced. I don't mind if It's new or recycled timber and I don't care if it's not perfect, I'll be spray painting it and putting a garden bed in front anyway, I just want it to be structurally sound and all the sheeting firmly attached. I'd like a quote given if possible so I can hit up my neighbours to contribute. Approximately 35m length of fencing remaining that needs doing as I've done the rest. We are seeking a detailed quote asap for repairing the boundary fence on our commercial property, which spans from our building wall to the lane way. In your quote, please assume the two large gum trees that caused the damage to the boundary fence will be removed (see attached photos). The quote should include: *Removal of the current fence so it can be re-installed. *Removal and dumping of the existing concrete plinth and other debris. *All earthworks including cutting and removing the tree roots that have been lifting and damaging the fence. *Correct preparation and compacting for the new plinth. *A new level and straight concrete plinth to replace the current damaged plinth. Concrete should be min. 25 MPA and include galvanised mesh reinforcement. *Re-erecting the current fence including the signage onto the new plinth. (Note - steel posts will need to be replaced with equivalent size and quality posts.) *Leaving the site on both properties clean of all debris.
