We have this lovely Rainbow playground in our backyard and it’s not been given the love and attention It deserves and some of the elements have rotted out and I need them replaced. If you’re familiar with Timber, it’s probably a very straightforward easy process for you to drill holes and Bolt replacement pieces in. The S.E.T itself came from the USA, Amercian cedar, so I can’t get the exact same Timber but I’m open to whatever you think is worthy to supply or I will buy the Timber for you and you can provide your skills to cut and repair the rotted out timber sections. We’re located in Beaumaris Vic 3913 and it would probably take the first visit just to run through what timber parts need to be replaced then you could either provide me with a list and I will organise the purchase and delivery of the replacement Timbe - then you come back and replace the parts? You can see the climbing wall needs replacing the timber that the horizontal slats screw into as rotted. Some steps require replacing and some of the large beams Simply swapped out. I’m thinking we could use Merboo? I know it’s not the traditional chippy carpenter job, but we really need this Playground back in good working order and I’d appreciate the help.

There are some holes and cracks that need repairing on the outside of our building. They are compressed cement sheets. The job may also involve removing a fence panel to gain access. Would ideally like it painted as well. There has been some water leaking so the job is essentially about sealing up this column from cracks and holes and painting. The priority are the holes at the bottom.

On a fence line which borders our property and a neighbors, 2, potentially 3 posts and attached railings need to be re-secured as in strong winds they move (I have video but can't upload). The posts appear to still be good no visible rot / degradation (entire fence is ~7 years old). Preference is to have posts re-secured, and not really interested in other methods (have seen cemented metal poles then drill / secure it to post) to maintain aesthetics. I will need to speak to neighbor and split costs before any formal acceptance of quotes. The price I have listed is a guide and unsure if it reasonable given effort required - but please quote and describe your approach to fixing accordingly.

Hi, Need a shared boundary wooden fence repaired. Scope of works as below: - Repair approximately 10-12m of fencing (6 foot high). Re-use current fence panels where condition is good, replace where broken/bad condition (looks to be 6-10 replacements from what I can see). - Repair any broken foundations (see photos) - Repair any slatted fence on top of the fence - Add 3 additional slatted fence missing (see photos). Fix gate latch - The gate latch has detached and needs to be secured. Mailbox - Remove old mailbox and secure new mailbox to same position. I have purchased a new mailbox.

We recently had a fence post start to lean and it needs reseating, replacing or reinforced.

I require a fence panel removed and another one installed of the same shape , colour and size.NB-you will be required to source and collect the temporary fencing panel , the cost of which is to be borne by you and I have taken this into account in so far as the overall pricing is concerned.

Need to cut 1 inch off the bottom of our paling gate so that it does not scrape against the ground. Needs to be done neatly without splinters/cracking. Also minor repair to re-screw in gate latch so that it closes cleanly.

need two perhaps 3 new support posts the fence is leaning/ bowing.And replace one long horizontal pailing appromately 4 m X 150 mm wide on a side fence.

Exterior handle on front gate remains down (doesn't return to horizontal position) Latch does not easily slide in & out so the gate does not close easily. It also often gets stuck in the lock unit (see pic). Gate has electric strike as per picture.

Our manual front gate has become misaligned on both sides. One side has popped out completely, and the hinges may need to be repaired or replaced. It may require full reinstallation to ensure it closes properly and is secure.

Hi my driveway gate needs to be fixed into the hinges and the bolts need to be screwed back.
