Require a licensed carpenter to carry out some repairs to an existing verandah. This particular job includes two posts (5.4m lengths) and beams in between three posts (3m each). The posts are fixed into a shoe which can be unbolted easily. Top of posts also have bolts securing. The person will need to have some props to support underneath whilst repairs are carried out.
