I’m after quotes for the repair of a wooden picket fence. Much of the existing wood is rotten. Posts appear to be unaffected. Timing I’m looking at August as assume roses will need to be cut back to allow better and safer access. Ignore budget price as am looking for quotes and not sure of range. Please quote on supply of materials and labour. I’m also looking to install a pedestrian gate on the other side of the letter box (ie driveway gate, letterbox, pedestrian gate) so assume a post or two would need to be dug/installed for that. Let me know if other information needed.

Remove old fence and install new one

Remove and replace existing sections of timber sleepers below colorbond fencing. Total length below 3 panels is approx 6m, but timber sleepers only partially cover area below 2 panels.

I need to install (from scratch) a small backyard gate between the house wall and the timber fence. The gap is about 125 cm. Probably the installation of some sort of pillars will be needed. I would prefer the gate's design shown in the photo

The panelling on one side of the right hand post of the outside fence has come off. The post on the right is flimsy, the wood is rotting and I was considering just have the panelling replaced for the front however possibly the whole post needs to be rebuilt and replaced. If you are able to this type of work and can let me know what is best to do and a price that would be great.
