I need a duo of removalists to provide packdown of an event space (wedding ceremony venue) and to transport furniture items, glassware and beverages to a second venue 800m/ 3min drive down the road (wedding reception). We will need relocation of items over two trips to coincide with guest movement. Starting at 5:30pm. We're contrained to have the first space emptied within the hour. Thinking two people best for haste. To be moved: Trip #1 40x fold down chairs 2x boxes of candles 1x small timber side table 40cm w x 40cm d 1x larger timber side table 90cm X x 40 cm d 1x bench seat 140cm L x 45cm d 1x timber pedestal ~All relocated and repositioned at second venue (can provide plans)~ Trip #2 Glassware (wine and champagne glasses) - assistance boxing up needed Excess drinks from event, plus 2 x ice buckets Leftover food in boxes - assistance boxing up needed Expected to take 1 to 1.5 hours in total

Looking for a couple of people do do some cleaning before, during and after an event this weekend. Ideally you could come over today and do an hour or two so you are familiar with the building and what is required. Then work through the event. Rate is per person. All the equipment is here for you. We are hosting an event at Mernda Junction Shopping Centre on the weekend and need 4 x trestle tables and 9 x bollards set up this Friday 26 March. All equipment needs to be collected prior from 2 locations - the trestle tables from Westfield Fountain Gate (25-55 Overland Dr, Narre Warren VIC 3805) and the bollards need to be collected from our office in Carnegie. During business hours. Set up Friday afternoon at Mernda Junction Shopping Centre (1435 Plenty Rd, Mernda VIC 3754) Pack up also required from 2.30pm Friday April 16 and tables and bollards returned to one location (Carnegie) 6 of the 9 bollards are already set up - 3 base and stands need to be screwed in. Trestle tables are standard 6ft trestles and easy to set up. Map and instructions will be provided.
