Setup 65" Meeting Display on Trolley and Mount 55" TV and Bar on wall at a trade show (exact times to be confirmed but expected setup 11am-2pm) and then come back in the evening to pack down the same setup (exact time to be confirmed but expected pack down would be around 6pm). Van + Driver Required – Event Equipment Transport & Setup We are looking for a reliable Tasker with a van or large vehicle to transport event equipment and 2 staff members between Bowen Hills National Storage and Suncorp Stadium on Saturday, 15 August. 🚐 BUMP IN – Saturday 15 August 12:00 PM – Bowen Hills National Storage - Meet us at National Storage, Bowen Hills - Pick up event equipment and 2 staff members - Drive to Suncorp Stadium – approximately 15 minutes - Access the onsite parking/loading area - Unload equipment - Assist our team with moving equipment and setting up a backdrop 📦 Equipment to Transport The vehicle needs to comfortably accommodate: - 2x AV hard cases – approximately 100cm × 60cm × 40cm each - 2x printers – approximately 55cm × 46cm × 28cm each - 1x small cabinet – approximately 110cm × 60cm × 50cm - Additional small equipment/bags Please make sure your vehicle has sufficient cargo space for the above equipment AND 2 passengers. 🚐 BUMP OUT – Saturday 15 August 7:30 PM – Suncorp Stadium - Meet the team at the onsite parking/loading area - Assist with packing down the backdrop - Load all equipment into the vehicle - Drive equipment and 2 staff back to Bowen Hills National Storage – approximately 15 minutes - Our staff will unload the equipment at National Storage Requirements - Must provide your own van or large vehicle - Vehicle must have enough space for the listed equipment + 2 passengers - Valid Australian driver's licence - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable loading/unloading event equipment - Must be available for both bump-in and bump-out - Event/equipment transport experience is a bonus Estimated total commitment: approximately 3 hours across the afternoon/evening.

Need quote for approximately two catering staff to assist with a private party. The food will be pre-cooked and just needs to be prepped and serve to guests, with a cleanup afterwards. Noting we will be using disposable plates. So only serving equipment will need to be cleaned. Party starts at 3 pm so we want assistance from around that time through till serving and clean up of the main course which will be approximately 530pm .Aiming to have food served and cleanup finished by approximately 7 pm.

We are looking for a friendly and proactive person to help at a small private-property wedding. The shift will be 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (you will receive a vendor meal!) This is a general clean-up helper role (no waitressing or bartending needed). The before ceremony tasks will include: - Helping serve a simple breakfast for the bridesmaids, groomsmen and people staying at the house (i.e. serving a quiche) - Clearing breakfast dishes and cups - Loading, running and emptying the dishwasher - Keeping the kitchen and main areas tidy - Helping with small last-minute setup jobs (i.e. putting chairs out for ceremony, putting blankets out near the outdoor fire pit, putting vases on tables) After ceremony tasks: -Assisting with moving ceremony chairs to reception area (about a 40meter distance, but the groomsmen will also help with this!) - Collecting rubbish and putting it in bins, changing bins and replacing bin liners - Mains is cocktail style, so ensuring all disposable plates are in bins once finished - Ensuring the cocktail station is kept tidy (no pouring drinks or serving food is required) Basically, just ensuring everything is kept neat and tidy for our guests! :)

We will be holding an event for 25 people and will need a few people to assist with the following tasks after to be able to clear the event space promptly. The following tasks would include: * Dispose of all disposable plates and food items into bins * Collect cups and place into basket * Gather and take all rubbish downstairs * Asssist in stacking and moving all chairs to the lobby (downstairs door area) The event would end at 8pm and we would have roughly an hour at which we will need to clear the space. So we would require the person from 8pm to 9pm.
