I'm recording podcast interviews at a house in Noosa on Wed 14, Thu 15 and Fri 16 October. I need someone to come in on Tuesday the 13th, set the whole thing up, and hand it over so I can just press record each day. I'm not technical. I own cameras, Rode microphones and a mixer, but I don't really know what I'm doing with them. Your job is to make it work and make it simple. What I need: - Cameras positioned, framed and locked off for a host and one or two guests, with focus and exposure set - Mics on each speaker running into the mixer, levels set, recording to separate tracks, plus a backup recording - Lighting sorted for indoors, and a simple option for shooting outside on the deck (wind noise and natural light are the concerns) - A walkthrough on the day plus a one-page cheat sheet: what to press, what to charge overnight, how to check we're actually recording - Tell me if any of my gear isn't up to it so I can hire the missing pieces before you arrive I'd also like to be able to call you Wed to Fri if something goes wrong, and I'll need pack-down on the Friday afternoon. Half a day is probably enough if you know what you're doing. Please tell me in your offer what podcast or interview setups you've done before.

Need quote for approximately two catering staff to assist with a private party. The food will be pre-cooked and just needs to be prepped and serve to guests, with a cleanup afterwards. Noting we will be using disposable plates. So only serving equipment will need to be cleaned. Party starts at 3 pm so we want assistance from around that time through till serving and clean up of the main course which will be approximately 530pm .Aiming to have food served and cleanup finished by approximately 7 pm.

We are looking for a friendly and proactive person to help at a small private-property wedding. The shift will be 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (you will receive a vendor meal!) This is a general clean-up helper role (no waitressing or bartending needed). The before ceremony tasks will include: - Helping serve a simple breakfast for the bridesmaids, groomsmen and people staying at the house (i.e. serving a quiche) - Clearing breakfast dishes and cups - Loading, running and emptying the dishwasher - Keeping the kitchen and main areas tidy - Helping with small last-minute setup jobs (i.e. putting chairs out for ceremony, putting blankets out near the outdoor fire pit, putting vases on tables) After ceremony tasks: -Assisting with moving ceremony chairs to reception area (about a 40meter distance, but the groomsmen will also help with this!) - Collecting rubbish and putting it in bins, changing bins and replacing bin liners - Mains is cocktail style, so ensuring all disposable plates are in bins once finished - Ensuring the cocktail station is kept tidy (no pouring drinks or serving food is required) Basically, just ensuring everything is kept neat and tidy for our guests! :)

We will be holding an event for 25 people and will need a few people to assist with the following tasks after to be able to clear the event space promptly. The following tasks would include: * Dispose of all disposable plates and food items into bins * Collect cups and place into basket * Gather and take all rubbish downstairs * Asssist in stacking and moving all chairs to the lobby (downstairs door area) The event would end at 8pm and we would have roughly an hour at which we will need to clear the space. So we would require the person from 8pm to 9pm.
