Looking for someone experienced with fencing or handyman work to install sturdy temporary bracing or supports to hold the fence upright and stable. You can use timber braces, star pickets with wire, or any suitable method that keeps the fence secure (planning to replace the fence in 1 year) All work can be done from either side of the fence (neighbour has given permission for access). Trim Laminate benchtops, one sink cutout and join prep for two straight corners (routing recesses) required. Trimming - There are 3 benchtops 1. Trim 246 cm benchtop to 240 cm and cut sink opening. 2. Trim another 246 cm benchtop into two sections (~75 cm and ~130 cm). 3. Trim a few cms either side of 240 cm benchtop (cut a few cm off each end to remove damage sustained in transit). My gas hot water system Dux Prodigy ignition/pilot light keeps turning off and won’t stay lit. I managed to follow instructions and the flame stayed on for 2hrs and now the flame won't light up when following the instructions.

These two taps are the most used taps in the house and leak especially during the winters. They used to drip and now have started to flow in a tiny stream even when the tap is closed and shut very tight. The house was built in around 2005. We will prefer to work with someone with registered plumbing experience.

My bathroom tap has been leaking for a while. Tried to change them myself but the taps underneath are so frayed I couldn’t get the spanner to undo it so some other tool is needed. Will buy the taps just need someone to do the job. Toilet is also running water and mini stop isn’t working to close off the water.
