Job Title: Fix two leaking taps (shower head and bathroom basin) Description: I have two leaks in my bathroom that need repair. Shower: Water slowly drips from the shower head when the taps are fully turned off. Bathroom basin: The basin tap also drips from the spout when off. Also leaking water from both handles. Both fixtures have separate hot and cold taps (two-handle taps), so the issue is likely worn washers or internal seals in the tap spindles. What I need: Replace washers / O-rings and ensure both taps shut off properly with no dripping Notes: Standard bathroom taps (not mixer taps) Tasker should bring basic plumbing tools and replacement washers (as I don’t have relevant equipment to do this myself). Would suit handyman, retired plumber or someone local looking to make some quick cash. I’m not necessarily after a qualified plumber as it’s a relatively quick and easy job.

15 small holes needing Plaster patch ups. One holes a little bigger. Need done by Sunday night. I have taken photos with my car key fob next to holes to help with size reference.
