The clamp of the laundry door is coming off. These needs to be put back in place and fixed. This door can completely come off and fall creating a hazard so it's a bit urgent .

Hello! I’m moving into a 2BR apartment this weekend that needs some minor repairs to make it perfect. I would greatly appreciate some help. There is one floorboard in the kitchen that is lifting at the corner (a few mm) and needs to be set down. Every skirting board in the apartment also has an unusual vertical gap that I would like to fill. The tops of the skirting boards could use a reseal in some cases.
