I already have the furniture, the anti-tip metal straps (Gurind brand - https://amzn.asia/d/06xF6mzZ), and a pack of Ramset Hollow Wall Anchors (heavy-duty metal toggles for plasterboard). What I need you to bring: 1. A drill and an 8mm/9mm drill bit (to match the Ramset anchors). 2. A stud finder (just in case we can hit a stud, though it's likely hollow plasterboard). 3. A Ramset setting gun/tool (preferred, but a manual screwdriver works fine if you know how to collapse the anchors properly). Details: - Wall Type: Modern apartment plasterboard (built 2020). We need two people to 1. move a bed upstairs in a residential home. It's a queen mattress and frame, but the frame can be disassembled to move it; and 2. assemble an Ikea 3-drawer Malm dresser, Kallax shelving unit and kids step stool. Must be TWO PEOPLE to move the bed.

Bathroom Tasks 1. Refit back Vanity Tap which has loosen and has come off, see pic 2. Shower Taps to be replaced, see pic. Also it drips, so needs fixing as well, see pics. Material paid extra as agreed price beforehand.

I am nearly finished with a small bathroom rennovation. I just need a plumber to install a new sink on a bathroom vanity and also install new taps for the bath and shower. Specifically: - Do wiring of new sink, tap, trap, input and drainage. - Replace shower and bath taps with new quarter turn taps. - Replace shower with new shower head. - Install new bath spout I believe I have all parts except for the sink waste pipes (as I wasn't sure what was required. Ideally would do this on Thursday, but can be flexible.

Hi Guys, Need sealant in gaps of the garage to seal gaps from bugs, spiders etc

Remove some landscaping rocks and bricks that have been loosely set in sand/cement. Grind 3x small tree stumps down to just below soil level.

The clamp of the laundry door is coming off. These needs to be put back in place and fixed. This door can completely come off and fall creating a hazard so it's a bit urgent .
