Four taps at a childcare centre are leaking. Two are inside the bathroom, one is in our laundry, and the other is outdoors. 1) One tap continues to spin and doesn't stop -- This is one of the inside taps (the one with zip-ties we have used to hold it in place/prevent children from using) 2) The other three taps do not tighten enough to stop their drip. One of these is a bathroom tap, the outside tap, and the laundry tap (the laundry tap is the long tap that looks different than the others-- it is rigged up to the washing machine, if this makes a difference) (The taps have been taped/zip-tied to prevent the children from using them) DUE DATE: As soon as possible We would need a tasker to come any day/time between MONDAY TO FRIDAY during our operating hours, which are 8:00AM TO 5:30PM (Sorry, this task was re-posted and amended, as we missed a tap in the first listing! I need to fix 3 leaking taps. Two are easy, but the tap handles are hard to remove. One needs to be reseated as the pipe is apparently damaged.

The USB charging port/outlet at the back is loose. Currently not charging unless I push it in real hard and hold it in place.

Install two taps & add hot water to outside shower. Job #1 - Add a new tap to the front of the house. I will supply the tap. It’s 5m from the nearest cold water supply. Job #2 - Add a new tap so it’s connected to the hot water so our disabled daughter can have a hot bath outside. We will add a tap which will connect to a standard hose. It needs to control hot & cold so we can control the temperature. Hot water also needs to be added to the outside shower. It’s 7m away from the nearest hot water location. I’ll supply the tap. Details The pipe needs to be copper. 5m for job #1 & 7m for job #2. The job needs to go around a few objects along the wall. Please make the offer for your time plus parts.
