We noticed a water leak on the ceiling of one of our upstairs bedrooms yesterday. Our house is newly built, and we have only been living here for two years, so we are concerned about how this has happened. We recently had an electrician install an exhaust fan in our garage. We are wondering whether they may have accessed the roof and accidentally left a roof tile out of place, potentially causing the leak. However, our garage is single-storey, so we are unsure whether they accessed the roof above the upstairs bedrooms. Unfortunately, we no longer have the electrician’s contact details to confirm this. We are looking for someone experienced in roof inspections who can come out and inspect the roof above the affected bedroom to check whether any tiles are loose, damaged, or incorrectly positioned, or whether there may be another cause of the leak. At this stage, we only require an inspection to identify the possible cause of the leak. No repairs are required. Please let us know if you have relevant experience and can assist. Thank you!

Looking for an experienced gardener or tree removal contractor to remove a large clump of mature yucca plants from my backyard. The job includes: Cutting down and removing all yucca plants.
