About the door: * Solid timber, hinged, single front door, 40mm thick. * Currently has a euro-cylinder mortice lock with a lever handle (brand ARCHIE). Backset 45mm, stile width 128mm. * There is a fixed glass sidelight beside the door and a security fly-screen door in front of it (about 75mm clearance to the fly-screen door). The new lock (Philips 7300-5HB, black): * Smart handle lock with its own lever handle and mortise body. External size 80 x 340 x 60mm. Rated for doors 38-60mm thick. * Unlocks by fingerprint, PIN, key tag, mechanical key and app. What I need done: * First confirm the lock will fit before any drilling, especially the ~75mm clearance to the fly-screen door (is it too close) and the 40mm door thickness. * Remove the existing ARCHIE mortice lock and handle. * Cut/fit the new mortise and install the lock, making sure it aligns and latches properly and the deadbolt does not foul the frame. * Set up the admin code, register a couple of fingerprints, show me how to add and remove users, and show me how the mechanical-key backup works. * Take away the old hardware if I do not want to keep it.

Hi, my shower leaks for awhile. Also, my tap in the same bathroom would leak after about 30 minutes after showering, not sure if they are related. I got a plumber to come look but although he changed the tap, the other tap starts leaking... so I'm not sure if they are connected or not.
