Hi there, I need a painter with patience & meticulous painting & prep work for small job at home. Mainly small touch ups and probably 1 coat to window frame. Door needs tlc with sanding and filling and potentially 2 top coats in oil. Note paint to be supplied by me, all other materials to be supplied by the tradesperson. See photos.

My shower head keeps dripping even when both hot and cold taps are fully turned off. It’s a traditional shower with separate hot and cold twist taps (not a mixer). I think one of the internal washers or seals needs to be replaced. Looking for a licensed plumber to fix it and supply the replacement parts if needed.

I have a glass sliding door with one fixed glass panel (no. 1 in photo) and one sliding panel (no. 2 in photo). The frame of the fixed panel has come loose near the top and is leaning out from the wall (see gap in photo). The bottom is still secure. Also, the door as a whole is generally not sealed well and wind/insects get in through gaps around the frame. Need a glazier/carpenter/door or window installer/handyman to: – Re-secure and align the frame to the wall - Seal the entire door around the frame (silicon/weatherstripping/etc) to prevent insects entering

Water flow on the first floor is weak — both showers or taps cannot be used simultaneously. Hot water on the first floor is only lukewarm, while the ground floor has no issue.
