I have 3 small and 1 slightly larger area that requires plastering and patching following a kitchen renovation.

Looking for an experienced handyman for end of lease make good works in a 4 bedroom rental property. Tasks include fixing or rehanging curtains and blinds (about 10), paint touch ups to walls, and fixing loose or damaged power sockets or switches and A/C outlets. No carpet work and no major electrical or plumbing. Expect about 2 days work. Offer must include all tasks in scope. Budget for labour, to be confirmed after video inspection. Materials to be purchased separately and reimbursed. Survey by WhatsApp Video only (2-4pm) Timing is early to mid February and flexible.

The wooden fence has some slats missing. It will probably need painting. The wooden steps are timber and come down from the deck and are a bit worn

We need a licensed plumber to disconnect, bath taps, vanity and basin taps and shower taps so we can start the microcement renovation. At a later date, we would need these to be connected again so possibility for two jobs here

Looking for an experienced tv wall mounter who can also fix my stuff ups and deal with removing 3x wall plug with a snapped screw embedded inside brick wall (sorry). I already have the supplied required material wall plugs and coach screw. I have already measured out where the wall bracket must go. Need an experienced plumber to: 1. Replace Dorf Kemi cold water quarter turn basin tap (have spare taps and components). Note that plastic screw between lever handle and spindle I have tried but unable to turn, may need to be cut off. 2. 2x leaking garden taps. Have a spares to be used for replacement, one is on very tight (glue may have been used by the previous plumber). 3. Have 2 showers with standard taps that need to be turned very tight to turn water off. Suspect that the 4x tap washers need replacing.

Remove 11 tree stumps. The majority are small, with a width of less than 200 mm. One large olive tree stump is approximately 500 mm wide. Please check the photos for exact measurements. Limited side door access Would have to wheel machinery through the house (double doors front and back)
