We have a leak above our laundry ceiling that appears to be coming from where we have an exhaust fan installed. Only a small amount of water appears t be leaking but it has been like this for a while hence the need to repair. The leak is on the ground floor, the roof is a steel roof. The roof is very easily accessible down the side of the house I also have a small leak on an external pipe which should be an easy fix & some internal taps are missing washers

Hi I’m a music producer of 10 years and I’m wanting to get some bass traps built. We also have a small and large tree in the backyard that needs to be chopped down and removed, stumps and all as well. You must also remove all of the branches/trees/rubbish etc. and take it with you please.

Sink is in a second story shower room. A plumber has attempted to fix the blockage but did not have the right equipment.

When I turn the outside taps on, and occasionally the inside taps/flush of toilets, they squeal and make a lot of thudding vibrations. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks.
