Have 2 showers with standard taps that need to be turned very tight to turn water off. Suspect that the 4x tap washers need replacing.

**REPOSTED as my SPECS CHANGED** I need 3 x bougainvillea stumps ground out please. Two are approx 30cm in diameter. One is approximately 20cm in diameter. Its a fairly narrow space. 60cm between the fence and the limestone block (see pics ) However we can remove fence by cutting it away. There is some old bitumen surrounding the stumps that will easily come away - crumbles. Retic is approx 54cm from the fence. I have tried to attach photos. They won't upload.
