The shower is leaking/dripping alot and the changing the washers would solve this. I want someone to change the washers of both the hot and cold water shower taps. I am open to any other suggestion to fix the shower leaking/dripping issue.

The house is very cold. I think there is leakage of air due to gaps between walls and the window frames. I would like to seal the gaps between each window frame and its surrounding wall externally and internally. I need a handyman for various other work done around the house if you're interested.

When lights are turn up, the switchboard trip ssay after 15-20 mins. Suspect is an eletricity leak. Could be the master bedroom.
